Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner.

The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in STC No.875 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Gobichettipalayam and quash the same.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would contend that the present petitioner, after full trial, was acquitted in S.T.C.No.875 of 2013 by the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Gobichettipalayam, on 13.05.2015. He has also furnished a copy of the judgment dated 13.05.2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Gobichettipalayam. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Under these circumstances, nothing survives in the present criminal original petition for further adjudication and therefore the petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
