The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondentPolice to execute Non Bailable Warrant against the first accused in 1/4

Spl.S.C.No.119 of 2023, pending on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Cases under POCSO Act, Tiruvannamalai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that as per the directions of this Court dated 10.07.2025 and 17.07.2025, after obtaining fresh Non Bailable Warrant from the Special Court for Exclusive Cases under POCSO Act, Tiruvannamalai, the respondent-Police executed the warrant against the first accused in Spl.S.C.No.119 of 2023 and he was remanded and produced before the Special Court.

3. In view of the above submission, the relief sought for by the petitioner in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
