Respondents Prayer:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent resolution dated 23.07.2016 and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned consequently directing the first respondent to pay compensation of Rs.10 lakhs to the petitioner and declare that the impugned resolution of the first respondent dated 23.07.2016 will not constitute as a stigma or break in professional service in so far as the petitioner is concerned.
