ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of Court by disobeying the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.5850 of 2023 dated 27.02.2023.

2. Today when the contempt petition was taken up, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that representation of the petitioner for revocation of suspension has been considered and rejected through the proceedings of the Principal Secretary dated 16.10.2023 bearing reference G.O.(Ms).No.250, Tourism, Culture and Religious Endowment Department. The learned Government Advocate produced the aforesaid proceedings before this Court.

3.As such the disobedience alleged may not be termed to be wilful in nature. Hence, the Contempt Petition stands closed. 17.11.2023 gpa 2/4
