C.M.P.No.1282 of 2024 in C.M.S.A.No.22 of 2010 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., By an order dated 15.12.2022, this Court has directed the learned Family Court Judge, Cuddalore to dispose of the C.M.A.No.1 of 2023 on or before three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. Now the learned counsel appearing for the appellant contended that the appeal in C.M.A.No.1 of 2023 may be heard by the learned Principal District Judge, Cuddalore.

3. In view of the above, the learned Principal District Judge, is hereby directed to dispose the C.M..A.No.32 of 2007, (now pending as C.M.A.No.1 of 2023 before Family Court, Cuddalore) within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file compliance report before this Court. Consequently, the learned Principal District Judge (Family Court), Cuddalore is hereby directed to transfer the bundles to the learned Principal District Judge, Cuddalore at the earliest.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
