This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent-Police to conduct further investigation and include all the accused persons involved in Crime No.64 of 2025 dated 03.05.2025, pending on the file of the second respondent-Police based on the complaint dated 03.05.2025 given by the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondentsPolice and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's father died due to electrocution. It is seen from the report filed by the Investigating Officer and also Forensic Department that death of the deceased was caused only due to electrocution. However, the respondents-Police have not conducted fair investigation. The respondents-Police have also obtained opinion that the accused had not obtained proper permission from the competent authority and illegally
he has given electric wire fence, due to which, the petitioner's father died. Hence, the petitioner filed this petition seeking direction to the respondents-Police for further investigation.

It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police that the respondentsPolice have filed the closure report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tindivanam on 7.7.2025. Hence, the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Tindivanam Magistrate is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to work-out his remedy in the manner known to law before the trial Court.
5. With the abovesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
