O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete enquiry and pass final orders in appeal filed by her dated 09.05.2024.

2. The petitioner submitted an application dated 29.12.2023 before the 4th respondent seeking transfer of patta. The said application was rejected by the 4th respondent vide his Proceedings No.2023/0105/05/262948, dated 28.02.2024. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before the 2nd respondent on 09.05.2024 and the same is pending without any progress. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 09.05.2024 will be disposed of by the 2nd respondent on its own merit within the time fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 09.05.2024 on its own merit, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
