2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed to amend the prayer of the above case in respect of the case number as O.P.No.732 of 2021 instead of O.P.No.723 of 2021.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the order dated 06.07.2023 passed in Tr.C.M.P.No.1354 of 2022 is recalled and the above CMP.No.18256 of 2023 is ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to amend the prayer and correct the HMOP.No.732 of 2021 instead of HMOP.No.723 of 2021 and issue fresh order copy to the parties forthwith.
