O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to 3rd respondent to consider his representation dated 13.06.2024 and issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of lands situated in Survey Nos. 133, 135, 136, 138/1 and 138/2 with an extent of 6.46 acres.

2. According to the petitioner, he purchased the above mentioned land under registered sale deed dated 06.01.2023 from one Balamurugan. He submitted a representation on 13.06.2024 to the 3rd respondent seeking issuance of patta in his name in respect of property purchased by him and the same has not been considered.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents 1 to 3, submitted that there are rival claimants in this matter and the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law after issuing notice to the rival parties.

In view of the said position, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, is inclined to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.06.2024 and dispose of the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after issuing notice to the rival parties.
