The petitioner herein seeks a direction to 3rd respondent to consider his representation dated 13.06.2024 and issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of lands situated in Survey Nos.128, 129, 134 with an extent of 10.43 acres by considering his representation dated 13.06.2024.

2. The petitioner claims right over the above mentioned land under registered sale deed dated 28.07.2014 executed by one Ganesan in favour of petitioner and two others. He submitted a representation dated 13.06.2024 before the 3rd respondent seeking issuance of patta based on the sale deed. The said representation has not been considered. Hence, he is before this Court.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents 1 to 3, submitted that there are rival claimants in this matter and the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law after issuing notice to the rival parties.

In view of the said position, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, is inclined to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.06.2024 and dispose of the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after issuing notice to the rival parties.
