This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 17.09.2018 and to measure the property and to fix the boundaries stone and re-issue the patta in favour of the petitioner.
2. The petitioner is claiming title to the property by virtue of sale deed dated 27.12.2006. The petitioner had applied for a patta and it was also issued in her favour on 05.04.2017. The petitioner found that the patta was issued only for an extent of 3476.74 sq.ft. as against 5016 sq.ft. Therefore the petitioner gave a representation to the respondents to conduct a survey and measure the property and re-issue a patta by stating the correct extent of the property. Since the representation was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Heard Mr.K.Venkatasubban, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Aruldoss, learned Government Advocate for the respondent.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in the present writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 17.09.2018 and conduct a survey and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation along with a representation dated 17.09.2018 and all relevant documents and also a copy of this order.
