ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore to dispose of the private complaint filed by the Petitioner in C.C.No.3023 of 2016 within a stipulated time as framed by this Court on merits and in accordance with law by exercising its inherent powers under Section 482 Cr.PC.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the appearing for the petitioner.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.3023 of 2016 in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
