Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police states that for conducting illegal gambling F.I.R has been registered against the petitioner Club and therefore, the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2024, seeking permission to run the club was not considered in view of the illegal activity noticed and registered with the respondents-Police.
2. Taking note of this fact, this Writ Petition seeking direction is dismissed. However, the respondents-Police is bound to reply to the representation dated 15.07.2024 given by the petitioner herein citing reasons within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
