2.The petitioner's application for issuance of a passport is stated to be pending with the passport authority since 07.06.2023. This petition is filed to expedite the said process.

3.Mr.V.Ashok Kumar, the learned Central Government Counsel has taken notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

4.This Court directs the 3rd respondent to process the application of the petitioner and take a call on it within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
