This petition has been filed to amend the Court in cause title C.C.No.52 of 2022 on the file of the Land Grabbing II (CBCID Cases) Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Chennai instead of C.C.No.3763 of 2021 on the file of the CCB/CBCID Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai in the above quash petition in Crl.O.P.No.7597 of 2022.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that pending Crl.O.P., C.C.No.3763 of 2021 on the file of CCB/CBCID, Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai is transferred to the Court of Land Grabbing II (CBCID Cases) Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Chennai-3 and numbered as C.C.No.52 of 2022. Hence, seeking to amend the cause title, the present petition has been filed. 3.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.
