ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to investigate the matter and file the final report in Crime No.7 of 2025 dated 12.01.2025 registered for the offence under Section 305(a) of BNS, within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police seeks further time to file the final report.

3. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
