O R D E R

[Order of the court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the 2nd Respondent to send the Vigilance Report with regard to his Community status, to the 1st Respondent, expeditiously.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought by the Petitioner, we deem it appropriate to direct the 2nd Respondent to send the Vigilance Report with regard to the Community Status of the Petitioner, pursuant to the proceedings of the 2nd Respondent in C.No.4/SJ & HR/DPI/2017, dated 07.08.2017, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
