This petition is filed to condone the delay of 167 days in filing the above revision.

2.The petitioners, who are accused in Crime No.122 of 2021, had filed this petition challenging the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.991 of 2022 dated 11.11.2022, wherein the Lower Court had taken the complaint on file after the respondent police filed a closure report on the protest petition filed by the second respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the second respondent present and submits that personal allegations have been made against the second respondent and she needs to file her objection. Thereafter with objection learned counsel submitted that merits of the case can be decided in the revision. 4.Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent has got no objection in allowing this petition. 5.Accordingly, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered. 01.12.2023 rsi Note: Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if it is otherwise in order.
