2. In the original order, there is a direction to the Registry to return the original plaint to the learned counsel for the petitioners. However, in the certified copy furnished to the petitioners, the said direction is not incorporated. Therefore, the Registry is directed to issue corrected certified copy to the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. No clarification is necessary in the original order.
