The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 3(2)(a), 3(2)(b), 4(1) and 5(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention Act) and 370 of IPC, in Crime No.310 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused was running a brothel by engaging two victims and the victims have been secured by the respondent Police. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the A2 in this case has already been granted anticipatory bail and hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

vkr 5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate and perused the entire materials available on record.

6.This Court taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is the owner of the lodge, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
