ORDER

The petitioner has made a representation to the second respondent stating that despite acquisition of her land and fixing the compensation at Rs.17,02,810/-, no compensation has been paid. Seeking consideration of the above said representation made on 02.03.2016 and on 14.07.2016, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and taking note of the pendency of the representations, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 02.03.2016 and 14.07.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
