The petition has been filed to relax the condition No.6(b) that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10:30AM, until further orders, imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15242 of 2024, dated 28.06.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and also the fact that the investigation is already completed and the petitioner has complied with the condition without fail, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the POCSO Court, Kallakurichi on every 1st working day of English Calendar month for 3 months.
