Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the proceedings of the 1st respondent issued in Na.Ka.No.3173/2013/A9 dated 7.6.2013, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant exemption to the petitioner's Educational Institutions from the payment of property tax in view of exemption provided under Section 123(c) of the Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Act 1981.
