The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.07.2022 at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(i), 4(1)(aaa) r/w 4(1-A) of TNP Act, in Crime No.308 of 2022, seeks bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner was detained under goondas.

3. Taking into consideration of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
