ORDER
The present application has been filed to extend the mandate of the Hon'ble Arbitral Tribunal headed by the Sole Arbitrator for a period of 1 year to decide the disputes between the parties to the Arbitration case No.326 of 2024.
2. Mr.N.Kamalanathan, learned counsel, accepts notice for the respondent and has no objection to extend the mandate.
3. Considering the stage on which the arbitral proceedings are at, this Court is inclined to extend the mandate for a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Arbitrator is requested to complete the proceedings and pass an Award within the said period and the respective parties are also directed to co-operate with the learned Arbitrator.
