ORDER

The petitioner prays to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings in Rc.No.4597/G1/08 dated 04.08.2008 on the file of the respondent in so far as petitioner's transfer is concerned and quash the same.

2. When the matter is listed today, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the matter has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to the effect:

"It is prayed that the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous."
