The prayer sought for in the present OPs are similar to the prayers that had been made by the petitioner herein in (T)OP(TM)No.271 & 272 of 2023 which have been heard together along with CS(COMM.DIV.)No.197 of 2024 as per the order of the Hon'ble Apex Court made in S.L.P.Nos.13478 to 13480 of 2020 dated 13.08.2024.

In view of the prayer, in this O.Ps are similar O.Ps referred above, I am of the view that the present O.Ps need not be kept pending and the same are dismissed with liberty to the parties to raise all the issues raised in this petitions in (T)OP(TM)No.271 & 272 of 2023.
