This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in C.C.No.14 of 2014 on the file of the Special Court, TNPID Act at Coimbatore and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent State.

3. Today, Mr.R.Muruganantham, Inspector of Police, EOWII, Coimbatore, is present.

4. On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the trial in C.C.No.14 of 2014 had https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

commenced before the Special Judge, TNPID Act and that 98 witnesses have been examined.

5. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before the Trial Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
