This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.32 of 2018, pending investigation on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to continue with the investigation and the investigation shall be monitored by the Additional Superintendent of Police, Virudhachalam. The investigation shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and a final report or a closure report as the case may be, shall be filed before the appropriate Court.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with the above direction.
