O R D E R

This application has been filed by the applicant, seeking a

direction to the respondents to furnish security to the tune of Rs.1,65,231/- failing which to order attachment of the immovable properties morefully described in the Judges Summons.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that second respondent died and first respondent is the son of the second respondent. Despite the name printed in the cause list, none appeared for the respondents. Therefore, attachment may be ordered in respect of the share of the first respondent.

3. Having regard to the fact that none appeared for the respondents and notice served on the first respondent has been refused, there shall be an order of attachment in respect of the share of the first respondent.

4. Registry is directed to communicate the order of attachment to the Registrar concerned.
