This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records and to quash the FIR in Crime No.1303 of 2021 dated 17.09.2021 against the petitioner, pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the respondent police, on completion of investigation, has filed a final report in Cr.No.1303 of 2021 before the Judicial Magistrate I, Coimbatore under sections 287 and 388 of IPC and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Coimbatore. The learned Judicial Magistrate I, Coimbatore is directed to take the final report on file, if it is in order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
