D r.G.JAYACHANDRAN.J., This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail for the petitioner in Crime No.23 of 2022, registered by the respondent/police on 22.01.2022, for the offences under Section 409, 420, 465, 468 read with 34 IPC.

2. This petitioner is arrayed as fourth accused. Apprehending arrest, this petition for Anticipatory Bail was filed before this Court on 03.03.2022. The said petition was filed by Pandiarajan/A2/husband of this petitioner and this petitioner. Subsequently, Pandiarajan was arrested and granted bail. The prime accused A1 was also granted bail recording his intention to settle the money in installments.

3. However, it is now brought to the notice of this Court that A1 has not paid the money back as promised under the compromise and a cheque for a sum of Rs.10,00,000/-, which was given by him to the de facto complainant, was bounced on presentation.

4. The Investigating Officer has filed the status report stating that this petitioner has not cooperated to the investigation and she is making all attempts to destroy the records. As against the A1, who was released on bail, the petition to cancel the bail was also pending, for breach of conditions.

5. Considering that the ramification of crime involves more than Rs.1,00,00,000/- and the groceries sold to the tune of Rs.3,65,00,000/- has been diverted, instead of being distributed to the Kishon Ration Shop, this Court is not inclined to entertain this anticipatory bail petition.

6. For the above stated reasons, this Court finds no merits to reconsider the earlier order of dismissal, since there is no change in circumstances. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 23.09.2022 (1/2) nsa 2/3
