A.No.4177 of 2022 A.Nos.4177 & 4178 of 2022 in & C.S.No.502 of 2015 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN,J., A.No.4178 of 2022 is filed for declaring third plaintiff as major and A.No.4177 of 2022 is filed to discharge the first plaintiff from the guardianship of third plaintiff.

2.It is seen from the copy of the birth certificate of third plaintiff R.Ragavendar that he was born on 14.12.2000 and he has become major now. Therefore, these applications are allowed.

3.In view of allowing these applications, the plaintiff is directed to take appropriate steps for amending the plaint in C.S.No.502 of 2015.
