A.No.4175 of 2022 A.Nos.4175 & 4176 of 2022 in & C.S.No.502 of 2015 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN,J., A.No.4176 of 2022 is filed for declaring the second plaintiff as major and A.No.4175 of 2022 is filed to discharge the first plaintiff from the guardianship of the second plaintiff.

2.It is seen from the copy of the birth certificate produced that the second plaintiff R.Radha was born on 13.10.1999 and now she has become major. Therefore, both applications are allowed.
