This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider and forward the name of the petitioner to the 3rd respondent for interview to the post of BT Assistant - Agriculture and Horticulture (Vocational Teacher) and consequently, to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the name of the petitioner for appointment to the post of BT-Assistant - https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that nothing survives in this Writ Petition and hence, the same may be dismissed as infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
