O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to extend the time for a period of 15 days to comply with the conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, in Crl.M.P.No.5043 of 2021, dated 24.09.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P.No.5043 of 2021 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, dated 24.09.2021, by imposing conditions to surrender before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Chengalpattu within 15 days, whereas the petitioners were unable to comply with the conditions imposed by the Court below. Thereafter, they have filed petition for extension of time before the Court below to comply with the conditions and the

same was allowed as under " further two weeks time with cost of Rs.1,000/- to comply with the conditions. If the order is not complied within the time, the same shall stand cancelled and the other conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.4235 of 2021 dated 25.08.2021 shall remain unchanged." He would also submit that A2 was suffering from ill health due to female age fact and A5 is three months pregnant, due to which they were unable to comply with the conditions. Hence, he seeks further two weeks time to comply with the conditions.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant further period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, in Crl.M.P.No.4235 of 2021 dated 25.08.2021 and the other conditions imposed by the Court below shall remain intact.
