This petition is filed to substitute the petitioner as legal heir of the deceased petitioner M.R.Murali.

2. We perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also the death certificate of M.R.Murali (original petitioner) and the legal heir certificate showing the present petitioner as legal heir of the deceased petitioner.

3. Taking note of the above, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
