ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant produced a Joint Compromise Memo dated 26.11.2025 stating that the admitted amount has been fully credited to Ms. Devi Amrita Asokan, through Bank of Baroda to Account No.05290100018060 under UTR No. SCBLR12025112600805471. It is further stated that there would be no claim against the applicant/first defendant's company, viz., M/s. Landmark Housing Projects Chennai, Private Ltd., and the respondents 2 & 3 /the Plaintiffs 2 & 3 agree not to press the decree in the suit as against the 1 st defendant/Company.

The first respondent /1 st Plaintiff died on 22.03.2022 and is represented by her daughter and sole legal heir, the second respondent/ 2 nd plaintiff.

Though the Joint Compromise memo dated 26.11.2025 refers to the settlement of a sum of Rs.4,61,32,247/- (Four Crores Sixty-One Lakhs Thirty-Two Thousand and Two Hundred and Forty Seven Only), both side parties have not appeared before this Court today. However, since the applicant himself stated that the matter has been settled between the parties, no further orders are required in this application.
