C.M.P.No.16042 of 2022 in CMA.S.R.No.98239 of 2022 P.T. ASHA, J, The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 1095 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay.

Hence the petition is allowed and the delay of 1095 days in filing the above appeal is condoned subject to the condition that the petitioners are not entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e. for 1095 days..

3. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
