These Miscellaneous petitions are filed to vacate the interim stay granted by this Court in WMP.No. 16220 of 2019 in W.P. No. 16592 of 2019.

2. It is seen that the petitioner was appointed as B.T Assistant (English) by the President of the SPHEED Charitable Trust of the KGBV Residential School at Perungalathur in Thiruvannamalai District under contractual basis and consolidated pay by order dated 27.08.2014 and her service has been extended periodically.

3. On a perusal of the order impugned dated 09.03.2019, it is seen that the petitioner's service was terminated on the ground that the teaching efficiency of the petitioner is very unsatisfactory and the students who are studying under the petitioner also fall in the last category. Considering all these aspects, the impugned order came to be passed by the 3rd respondent, terminating the services of the petitioner.
