The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a writ of Ceritiorari calling for the records of the second respondent in connection with the order bearing Memo No.1371/Adm.I/A6/2003, dated 1.11.2003 and quash the same.

2. I have heard Mr.Sudalaikannu, learned counsel for the petitioner. No one is appearing for the respondents.

3. On perusal of the impugned order dated 01.11.2003, it is found that by the said order, the petitioner had been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

transferred from Urban Walaja section to Reserve Assessor Arakkonam, by the Superintending Engineer of the respondent Board. Since the very impugned order itself is a mere transfer by which, the petitioner had been transferred to Arakkonam 14 years back and the said order according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, has not been stayed by this Court, this Court feels that a transfer order cannot be kept in abeyance or pending, without being implemented for these long years. Therefore, against the said order of transfer no relief can be given at this stage.
