The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section in 302 IPC in Crime No.149 of 2022 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity and land dispute, the defacto complainant's husband was assaulted by the petitioner herein with iron rod, due to which the defacto complainant's husband sustained grievous injuries and died on the spot. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant and caused grievous injuries. It is a case of 302 IPC. He further submitted that there is no change of circumstance after the dismissal of previous anticipatory bail petition. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstance of the case and also there is no change of circumstances after the dismissal of previous anticipatory bail petition. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
