This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 02.07.2025, has disposed of the Crl.O.P.No.19062 of 2025. However, in the
order copy, the Crime Number has been wrongly mentioned as Cr.No.35 of 2025 instead of Cr.No.35 of 2024 and the same require to be rectified. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

This Criminal Original Petition is filed with a direction to the 2nd respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.35 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police and file the final report.
2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent - police.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that if four months time is granted, the respondent-police will complete the investigation and file final report, in accordance with law.
4. In view of the above submission, the respondent-police is directed to complete the investigation in Cr.No.35 of 2025, in the manner known to law and file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of the website uploaded copy of this order, without insisting for the certified copy.
