Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for records relating to the impugned order of suspension of service of the petitioner passed by the first respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.1/2004, dated 16.03.2004 and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the impugned order of suspension of service passed by the first respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.1/2004, dated 16.03.2004.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the order of suspension of the petitioner has been revoked petitioner on 27.12.2004, and to that extent he has submitted a letter dated 11.08.2017. The same is taken on record.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, and since the order of suspension has already been revoked, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for adjudication. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
