The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 152 days in filing the present Criminal Revision petition against the order passed in MC.No.197 of 2017 dated 30.09.2022 on the file of the Principal Family Judge, Coimbatore.

2. Though notice was served and the names of the respondents were printed on the cause list, however, none appeared on his behalf.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case on 16.04.2024.
