Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a

Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in reference to Detention Order in S.C.No.18/2024/C1 Dated 08.07.2024, setting aside the order of detention passed therein and directing the respondents to produce the detenue by namely Thiru.Mohan, Son of Vadivel, aged about 68 years, before this Court, now detained in Central Prison, Salem and set him at liberty.
