2. As seen from the said proceedings, it is clear that the respondent has complied with the direction of this Court by passing final orders. Since, the representation of the petitioner dated 16.02.2023 has been duly considered by the respondent, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Contempt Petition.

3. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, it is made clear that the petitioner will have to participate in the assessment proceedings without fail. No costs.
