The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police on monthly twice i.e., 1st and 15th day of every month at 10:30 AM until further order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6816 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.3935 of 2024, dated 24.04.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
