This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months" imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14522 of 2024 dated 24.06.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner had complied with the conditions only for five

(5) weeks.

3. Considering the said submission, and taking into consideration of all other aspects, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every first day of the English Calender month for three (3) months."
