In the affidavit in support of the application, it is stated that the second defendant was coordinating with the first defendant to obtain the necessary details for filing the written statement. It is also stated that a counter was filed in the interim application. Upon considering the reasons set out in the affidavit and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, the order setting the second defendant ex parte is set aside.
